REPORT AND TRIBUNAL PROCEDURE

Report and Tribunal Procedure

For any matter deemed to be a reportable offence must be submitted in writing to the ABA Committee.

The ABA League Manager will investigate and source statements from referees, scorers, statisticians, opposing players and game film.

This information is then collated and presented to the ABA committee for deliberations.

ABA will then charge the individual/s or team with offenses and communicate their decisions to the team captain.

Players will then be able to request a review and meet with an available member/s of the ABA committee for clarification.

All suspended players will be shown on the ABA website while suspensions are active.

Charges and relevant maximum penalties are listed below and measured in weeks.
